The RocketDump software is the exclusive property of EURL HESI. It is also protected by copyright law and database rights.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES may it be sold or distributed individually or bundled with another product outside of the official RocketDump online store:

Terms of Use
Although RocketDump is professional software, its authors cannot be held liable for misuse due to clumsiness, imprudence, inattention, negligence, or failure to comply with safety or legal obligations, nor for any damages resulting from its use or from repairs performed after the modification of a binary file using RocketDump.
Additionally, some online services may not comply with the legislation of the user’s country. It is the user’s responsibility to verify their rights and obligations and to refrain from using RocketDump outside of these legal boundaries.
RocketDump and its services are intended for educational and informational purposes only. Therefore, binary files modified using RocketDump must not be reintroduced into electronic control units without validation from the manufacturer.
The user is solely responsible for:
- any fraudulent or illegal use,
- any damage to a vehicle resulting from the manipulation of one or more binary files,
even if the process was automated by RocketDump.
The user acknowledges having full knowledge and control of the operation and software development of the electronic control unit they are working on.
License Revocation
The user acknowledges that the following actions will result in the immediate revocation of the RocketDump license and access to online services, without any possibility of refund:
- Automated use of RocketDump or any of its online services
- Excessive daily usage (limit: 5 online service calls per day)
- Use of the software for illegal purposes (e.g., disabling a vehicle immobilizer system)
- Sharing binary files processed or modified by RocketDump, in any form
- Extracting part or all of the RocketDump software or its online services
- Modifying the application in its executable form
- Decompiling the RocketDump application
- Attempting to emulate the hardware protection dongle provided with RocketDump
- Monitoring communications between the RocketDump software and the server
- Sharing the application via remote control tools such as TeamViewer, Ammyy Admin, Windows Remote Desktop, etc.
Use of online services is only available to users with a valid license and active subscription.
Software Activation
The software is protected by a hardware dongle. Activation of RocketDump and access to online services depend on this dongle.
It is strictly forbidden to lend or rent it.
The user authorizes HESI to store data transmitted to online services for the purpose of improving those services.
Software usage rights are personal and non-transferable.
Once the license is acquired, it is granted to a single customer and covers all language versions.
The license grants only the right to use the software for execution purposes, excluding:
- Any reproduction for commercialization, circulation, redistribution, distribution, or publication of the software, or installation on systems other than those of the client
- Any representation of the software, even partially, including online public communication or public display
- Any translation, adaptation, arrangement, or modification of the software, or merging with other applications
- Any compilation, decompilation, disassembly, translation, analysis, or reverse engineering of the software
Upon purchase, the rights granted to the user apply strictly to one user via their hardware dongle, for their own needs only, excluding any provision to third parties (including subsidiaries or affiliated entities), for a period of one year from activation, unless otherwise agreed by HESI.
When using the demo version, rights are granted to a single user for their own needs only, excluding any provision to third parties, for a limited duration starting from activation.
Data Protection
HESI commits to keeping strictly confidential any personal information contained in the activation file.
Such data may be used for statistical or scientific purposes only.
